Pixar Animation Studios through the years

This June marks the 15th feature film released by CGI production company, Pixar. Located in Emeryville, California, Pixar has received numerous awards, including 26 Academy Awards, five Golden Globes and three Grammys. 

Pixar is a household name known across the country because of its widely known films filled with celebrity voices, CGI-animated characters created with PhotoRealisitc RenderMan and heart-hitting story lines.

Pixar currently has three films in production. The Good Dinosaur is set to be released in November 2015, making it the first time in history Pixar released two films in one year (alongside Inside Out in June.)

Finding Dory will be released in June, 2016, and Toy Story 4 will come out in June, 2017.

Pixar will also be producing The Incredibles 2 and Cars 3. The release dates are to be decided.
