There is nothing better than a cool summer treat on a hot summer day. This recipe for yogurt drops is an easy way to cool down fast in the summer while staying healthy. 

Needs

  • Your favorite yogurt
  • A Ziploc plastic bag
  • A cookie sheet

Directions

1. Place the yogurt in the baggie and cut a hole in the bag

2. Start softly squeezing the bag and create little drops on the cookie sheet. 

3. Once you have created the drops, place the sheet in the freezer for as little as an hour to have a nice healthy treat. 

This simple recipe is great for kids looking for a healthy, fun treat. This is also great to keep in a work freezer for a small mid-day snack.
