ISU senior Georges Niang will have the opportunity to learn from NBA stars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant this summer, as he was invited to participate at the Nike Basketball Academy.

This is not the first time Niang will be participating at a prestigious basketball camp. He was a participant at the Nike Big Man Skills Academy and the LeBron James Skills Academy last summer.

This Nike Basketball Academy invites the top-20 college players and the top-60 high school players in America.

Niang will not be the only college player to represent the state of Iowa at the camp with Iowa senior Jarrod Uthoff also headed to the academy.

The camp will take place June 26-29 at the Santa Monica Airport’s Barker Hangar in Los Angeles.
