Two standouts for the ISU men’s track and field team at the Drake Relays

Luke Manderfeld

Edward Kemboi – Kemboi participated in the 4×800 and the distance relay medley at the Drake Relays. In the 4×800, he brought the team from last to sixth place after an injury to Brandon Wheat in the first leg brought the team to the back. In the distance medley relay, he finished his leg, 1,200 meters, in third place.

Cameron Ostrowski – Ostrowski faced tough competition in the high jump April 25, going against multiple All-Americans and the No. 1-ranked college jumper in the nation. He didn’t live up to those expectations but he held his own, jumping 6 feet, 9 3/4 inches.
