What I’m wearing: Valentine’s Day with style writer Emma Kuntz

Style Readers,

Valentine’s Day is just another excuse for me to play dress up and go out for a night on the town with my boyfriend. This year, I decided to keep it simple by wearing a black-and-white, achromatic color scheme with gold accents. This little black dress is the perfect mix of sexy yet sophisticated. It’s the details in the dress that really make it unique — the sweetheart neckline, mesh chest panel and slight peplum at the waist. My ivory blazer gives my ensemble a crisp touch keeping my look clean and classy.

My black suede heels with gold studs on the back dress up my outfit but are still some of the most comfortable heels I own. My outfit is great, but my jewelry is the best part and what really pulls everything together. The matching ivory details in my watch flow perfectly with my blazer and my chain link bracelet adds a little of dimension and flare. Wearing my hair up gives the attention my chandelier earrings deserve, adding just the right amount of sparkle to my outfit. Wanting to add a little pop of color, I painted my nails Valentine’s Day red, maintaining my classic look. A little black dress, blazer and black heels are staples that I recommend be in any woman’s closet and are always worth the investment.

Have a happy Valentine’s Day!

Yours truly,

Emma Kuntz
