The new dorm going up on Iowa State’s campus will be utilized by students in the coming years. Here are the facts you need to know about the newest dorm in the residence family.
Amount of students it will hold: 700 plus
Location: Adjacent to Buchanan Hall
Price to build: $40 Million
Expected date to break ground: May 2015
Expected date for student use: December 2016
Student Amenities: Air Conditioning and heating, private toilets and showers, student study lounge
