Recipe: Ham and cheese pinwheels

Samantha Berrafato

If you are looking for a quick and easy snack (or lunch), you have come to the right place. All you need is a package of croissants, shredded cheese and ham.

First roll out the croissants and seal the perforated lines together making one big uncooked croissant that is unrolled. Layer the ham over it, leaving room on the edges so you can seal it later. Then sprinkle cheese over the ham.

Rolling this sucker up is tricky. Try to keep it tighter, but without letting the cheese fall out. The extra room you left on the edges will help seal up the roll too. Take a knife and cut up into smaller rolls and bake according to the directions on the croissant package.

Voila! If you don’t eat them all right away (which you will because they are addicting), keep them in the fridge and reheat for a few seconds for a tasty snack.
