ISU cross country runners’ past experiences at Wisconsin Adidas Invitational

ISU women cross country runners’ past experiences at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational:

• Junior Crystal Nelson finished 26th at the event her freshman year. She improved to tenth place at last year’s event. This year’s invitational will mark her third appearance at the event.

• Redshirt senior Katy Moen finished 47th in her first appearance as a redshirt sophomore. Last year she finished 53rd. This year marks her third appearance in the event.

• Graduate Margaret Connelly placed 72nd at the event as a junior at Brown University. This will be her second year competing in the event and first year competing for Iowa State.

• Sophomore Perez Rotich finished 28th at the event last year as a freshman. This year will mark her second appearance.

• Sophomore Bethanie Brown finished 32nd at the event last year as a freshman. This will be her second year competing at the invitational.

• Redshirt junior Colleen Riley will make her first ever appearance at the Wisconsin Invitational this year.

• Redshirt freshman Erin Hooker will compete in the second collegiate competition of her young career and first at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational.
