Gridiron: Gameday guacamole and chips

Devin Wilmott

Avocados are native to Central and South America and have been upholding a widespread reputation since 8,000 B.C. The avocado has a wide range of health benefits and is considered a food that helps aid fat loss due to being loaded with fat and fiber that help regulate blood sugar. By regulating your blood sugar, the avocado essentially helps regulate your appetite.

The avocado can be made into guacamole dip and is a healthy and fun way to share with friends and tailgate this weekend.
