• 6 bananas

• 12 popsicle sticks

• Toppings of choice — sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut, mini M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, crushed candies

• Slice the bananas in half.

• Slide a popsicle stick inside each banana about half way.

• Place the bananas on a cookie sheet.

• Freeze the bananas for at least four hours.

• Pour the Magic Shell into a tall, thin glass.

• Pour each topping onto a shallow plate that is larger than a banana.

• Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer.

• Dip the bananas in the Magic Shell and immediately roll in the desired topping.

• Return the treats to the freezer until you are ready to serve them.

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 2 tablespoons honey

• In a medium bowl, combine the remaining coconut milk beverage, canned coconut milk and the honey.

• Sugar to taste, finished product will be less sweet

• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, unless using vanilla yogurt

• Stir all of the ingredients together.

• Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and process for around 12 minutes. If no ice cream machine is available, freeze the mixture then re-blend it in a blender.
