Junior Scott Fernandez was named to the Ping All-Region team today for the second consecutive year.

Fernandez has led the charge for the Cyclones during the course of a historic 2014 season in which the team reached the NCAA Championships for the first time in more than six decades.

Fernandez, who was an All-American selection last year, led the Cyclones in both top-10 finishes with seven and in scoring average with 71.75.

Fernandez is also the ISU career leader in both of those categories, having racked up 21 top-10 finishes and a scoring average of 72.15 during his time at Iowa State.
