Hallie Christofferson finally knows what the next step in her basketball career will be.

The departing ISU women’s basketball senior was invited to camp with the Phoenix Mercury on Monday night according to a post her agent made on Facebook. Christofferson received the invitation after not being selected in the first three rounds of the WNBA Draft.

As a senior for the Cyclones, Christofferson averaged 18.4 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. The two-time honorable mention All-American also had one of her most successful seasons scoring the basketball, reaching 25 points or more in five games and 20 or more points 16 times.

In addition to her All-America recognition, Christofferson was also selected to a second-consecutive All-Big 12 first team this season.
