Ingredients:

5 cups Rice Chex® cereal

2/3 cup white chocolate chips

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup green m&ms

1 /2 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows

1 cup shredded coconut

Green food coloring

Directions:

Combine cereal shredded coconut in a medium sized bowl and set aside.

In a microwave safe cowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.  Microwave on medium heat, stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and stir until evenly coated. 

Place half of the cereal mixture in a separate bowl and allow both bowls to slightly cool. Add powdered sugar to one bowl and stir until cereal is well coated.  Stir in green food coloring into the other bowl until you achieve an even bright green color.  

Combine both cereal mixtures back together along with m&ms and marshmallows.  Store in an airtight container.
