Women’s basketball player Kidd Blaskowsky earned her second honor of the year, as she was awarded the Big 12 Freshman of the Week on Monday.

Blaskowsky helped propel the Cyclones to two wins last week, averaging 8.5 points and 6.5 rebounds.

A versatile 3-point shooter, Blaskowsky landed four 3-pointers on seven attempts in her teams’ two wins against Texas and Kansas State.

Blaskowsky earned the award alongside Texas’ Imani McGee-Stafford.

The Cyclones are back on the court at Oklahoma on Thursday night at 7 p.m.
