Quick Bite: Benefits of eating breakfast

Caitlyn Diimig

You’ve likely heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day at some point in your life. Despite knowing this, one-third of adults report not eating breakfast, according to a study conducted by Morning MealScape 2011.

Men ages 18 to 34 years old are the most likely to skip breakfast, according to the study.

The study concluded that eating breakfast may reduce weight gain for individuals.
