Being from Illinois and being able to watch a war between people from two states that were just nothing but a shape on a map before I came here is quite funny. It is quite obvious that Minnesota is the hands-down better state. I mean, what would you rather do: go cow tipping or go fishing in some of the greatest lakes in the U.S.

Another thing that scares me about Iowa is the fact that the most popular sport in the state is wrestling, but I guess that’s what happens when you have no professional sport teams. The only thing I read in the paper that disturbs me is what the freshman in environmental science said: “The only good thing about Iowa State is all the Minnesotans that go here.” The correct thing to say is if no one from other states came to Iowa State, we’d be looking at one real boring school.
