Two men were arrested over the weekend in connection with an Ames robbery.

According to police records, Nathan Mitchell, of Ames, entered Long John Silvers, 533 Lincoln Way, at about 7:45 p.m. Friday and left with Michael Krause, 20, of Boone and Brian Moore, 19, of Perry.

Krause and Moore allegedly demanded money from Mitchell in the 800 block of Lincoln Way. They allegedly struck him in the head and took a small amount of money. Mitchell suffered minor injuries, said Jim Robinson, public information officer for the Ames Police Department.
