30-minute sweet potato fries

If you’ve ever wanted fries but without the calories and excessive fat, try making your own at home. This sweet potato recipe will provide nutritious complex carbohydrates to give you energy throughout the day and let you indulge without the guilt!

Ingredients and Supplies:

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • Mixing bowl
  • Foiled baking sheet


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel sweet potatoes
  3. Cut into desired wedge shape
  4. Throw wedges into mixing bowl and  spray with olive oil until they appear glossy
  5. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to desired taste
  6. Lay wedges on foiled baking sheet
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, turn wedges over, bake for 15 minutes or until tender and golden brown
  8. Cool for 5 minutes
