The ISU football team picked up a commitment from 2017 receiver Joshua Johnson on Monday, Johnson confirmed on Twitter. Johnson is rated a three star by Scout.com. 

Johnson was committed to Indiana since November. He announced his decommitment on Twitter Monday morning. 

Johnson, a 5-foot-11-inch Arkansas native, visited Iowa State on Monday, according to Scout.com, and committed later in the day. He is the third commitment to the Iowa State 2017 class.

Johnson also had offers from Vanderbilt, Kansas, Kansas State and Notre Dame. Attending Central Arkansas Christian last season, Johnson racked up 1,245 yards on 87 catches.
