‘Oh Joy!’ Target collaboration

Anna Chandler

Throughout recent years, a few designer collaborations with fast fashion retailers have cropped up, especially with Target included.

Target, a national discount retailer has been just one of those companies who hopped on board with this trend.  Most popular are their clothing partnerships with companies such as Lilly Pulitzer, Phillip Lim, TOMS and more recently WhoWhatWear.  But, contrasting to the clothing collaborations, Target is partnering with blogger and designer Joy Cho for a home furnishing line.

The pieces included in the “Oh Joy!” line are bright and cheerful with a modern aesthetic.  Pricing ranges from $12.99-$99.99.  Although many home and apartment owners already own many of the necessities, the bold pieces add a whimsical touch to accentuate any room.

There are four collections including Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall, offering everything you need.  From wall art to bedding and kitchen supplies, there are pieces to spruce up every room in your home.

The collection arrived in stores on February 7, 2016 and is currently available nationwide and online.  “Oh Joy!” is perfect for the young, enthusiastic and outgoing lady looking to add a hint of sparkle to her place.  With inexpensive pricing, the home décor appeals to college students and recent graduates!  Be sure to check out your local Target store to grab some great pieces!
