The Fashion Show Gallery Exhibit

Following The Fashion Show, the winning and runner-up garments are showcased in the Mary Alice Gallery, located in Morrill Hall.

The reasoning behind the gallery is to show fellow ISU students the works of art created by their peers and gives other students a chance to appreciate the garments. This year, the best in show was a line by Lauren Pearson, senior in apparel, merchandising and design, called “Oksana,” which is featured in the Gallery along with many other placeholders.

The Fashion Show exhibit is open from April 29 to July 31, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is free of charge. The exact location of the Mary Alice Gallery is 1015 Morrill Hall.

Following the Fashion Show, the gallery holds an opening, for a preview of the Fashion Show pieces and it is also announced who the producers of the fashion show are for next year. The Fashion Show 2016 producers are Kathryn Bruce and Christina Meissner, and the assistant producers are Courtney Brockman and Morgan Hueser. All are seniors in apparel, merchandising and design.
