East O’Neil Drive (Maxwell Avenue to just past mid-block) is scheduled to close beginning April 23. This closure is to remove and replace the curb and gutter and to remove the existing seal coat street and replace it with new asphalt paving. This closure is expected to remain in place for approximately three to four weeks.
