Fitness Challenge: Sarah Clark Week #3

Week #3:

Hello Week #3 and hello to more hard work. A stressful schedule in my academic life is somewhat putting a strain on not only my energy but my workout schedule as well. I’ve been loyal so far though and have made it to the gym every day.

I hope that all the rest of you “New Years Resolutioners” are sticking to your diets because we’re past the point where many of the weak fall out. It takes approximately 21 days to develop a habit so if you started in early January, you should be well on your way to a healthier you!

 

As for The Daily Fitness Challenge, we began a little later than most. However, as we approach Week #3, our 21 day habit development is approaching. I’m feeling pretty good about it so far. Keeping my calorie intake down, keeping workouts frequent and rigorous. What I’m hoping to see now is some results!!

I haven’t seen much for physical results yet but my running endurance is definitely building up! I ran 5 miles today! I’ve been so motivated that I actually signed up for The Red Flannel Run in Des Moines this weekend. It’s a three mile run and I’m going to do it with my brother. Results to come in next week’s post!

As for the rest of you, keep up your hard work and don’t fall out of the routine! That super sexy bikini body will totally be worth it in a couple of months (If summer ever makes it here).
